Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia SU.221/15.
El peticionario adujo que la precitada providencia debe declararse nula, por resultar violatoria de la jurisprudencia constitucional y ser contradictoria, lo cual se opone a los principios de razonabilidad, coherencia y lógica jurídica.
La Sala Plena recuerda que para que una solicitud de nulidad sea procedente debe, primero, reunir al menos unos requisitos generales de procedencia y, segundo, demostrar que se presenta al menos, uno de los presupuestos materiales identificados por la jurisprudencia, que dan lugar a una declaración de nulidad.
